BOARD OF DIRECTORS

JULY 20, 2003
MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the Myrna Loy Center met July 20, 2003.  President, Melinda 
White called the meeting to order.  Board members present were:  Arlene Parisot, Cindy 
Gaffney, Randal Greene, Kevin Hudson, Annie Hull, and Ali Bovingdon.  Non-board 
members present were MLC Executive Director Ed Noonan and Development Director 
Linda Carlson.

Approval of Minutes

Ali Bovingdon moved to accept the minutes from the June 2003 meeting.  Randal Greene 
seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

Ed gave the board his executive report and the various committees gave updates.  The 
next meeting was scheduled for Monday September 8th.

Kevin Hudson moved to adjourn the meeting.  Arlene Parisot seconded the motion.  
Motion carried.
