We have prepared Live Performances and Film Questionnaires to help us better understand your preferences. We would appreciate it if you would fill out either or both of the questionnaires and return them to the Myrna Loy Center either by dropping them off or by mailing them to the Myrna Loy Center, 15 North Ewing, Helena, MT 59601. Questionnaires are available for pickup and/or return at the Myrna Loy Center. Alternatively, you can obtain a copy of the questionnaires by downloading them (see below). At your leisure, you can printout the questionnaires and answer the questions. Several of the respondents have volunteered to help out with the film program. We have added the names to our volunteer list. We want to hear from you. So please be sure to obtain copies of the questionnaires, fill them out, and return them to us. Your preferences are important to us.
