Volunteers Needed!
Volunteers
can sign up for shows by coming to the Myrna during Box Office
hours. It is not "first come, first serve". We will
try to give people events they want and balance things out to
serve all our loyal volunteers. If you are not on our list and
want to be, please call Marilyn at 443-0287 or email us.
Great Day Rental Space
Available at the Myrna Loy Center

The Myrna
Loy Center is available for daytime rental. The main auditorium
serves as a great meeting space with its comfortable theater
seating and video projection capability. It can seat up to
250 people. Basic auditorium rental cost is $250 for full
day to 6 PM, half day is $175. Please call 443-0287 to find
out more about other rental room combinations and be sure
to visit our facility web page. |
Our Multimedia Samplers
Web Page - An Exciting Adventure
 The Myrna Loy Center has expanded
its multimedia programming via the Internet by providing its
web visitors with audio and video samplers of many of our programs.
This is a great way to enjoy both future and past performances
at the Myrna Loy. For your enjoyment, please be sure to visit

web page. In addition, you can enjoy watching video recordings
of past performances held at the John
F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Prairie Home Companion,

The Heart of the Myrna
Loy Award

Each year the Heart of the Myrna Loy
is awarded to a volunteer who has assisted in a major way the
Myrna Loy Center achieve its goal of providing creative artistic
energy to the Helena community. Past winners include:

THE MYRNA LOY CENTER ADOPTS A NEW LOGO AND CHANGES ITS MISSION STATEMENT:
On October 1, 2006, the Myrna Loy Center Board of Trustees adopted a new logo and updated its mission statement:
MISSION (Helena Presents/Myrna Loy Center):
The Myrna Loy Center presents contemporary media and performing arts; supports the creation
of new works by Montana, regional and national artists; and nurtures a lifelong involvement in
the arts through arts education and residencies.
